Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Delivery is to the UK only and is charged at £3.95 per order and will be sent by Royal Mail. We will do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. A signature may be required upon delivery, so please provide an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.

Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase then simply return your item within 14 days, unused and with the packaging and tags intact and we will exchange or refund your purchase*. Please include a covering note detailing why you are returning or exchanging your item. Refunds can only be credited to the card which the goods were purchased with. Please also note that if your item was bought for you as a gift, refunds can only be credited to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item then please specify what you would like to exchange it for and remember to indicate colour and size. Please also enclose a cheque for £3.95 made payable to 'Mad Cowes Clothing Ltd' to cover the cost of P&P.
Always ask for a proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods mislaid in the post.
*Please note that the original postage and packaging costs for your order cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statuary rights.
