Our vouchers are redeemable on all items on our website using a special discount code or on presentation of your voucher/s on the Mad Cowes Show Stand
Vouchers can be delivered directly to your friend. Please ensure you provide their delivery address when placing your order
Only one delivery can be made per order
Spending Your Vouchers
Mad Cowes gift vouchers can be used to purchase any of our current products featured on our website (subject to availability) and on our show stand
Unfortunately our vouchers cannot be redeemed against the cost of postage and packaging when ordering by phone or online
If your order total exceeds the value of your vouchers, then you may pay the remaining balance with another form of payment
If you choose not to spend the full value of your voucher, then the remaining balance will be emailed to you on a new voucher (if spending online), to be used within 12 months
If spending at shows then change will be given in vouchers.

Please note that Mad Cowes Vouchers are only valid online, on the Mad Cowes show stand or by calling Mad Cowes.
Our vouchers are not valid in any of stockists’ shops or their websites
Mad Cowes vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
If for some reason you are not happy with your item and you require an exchange or refund, then the amount will be refunded in vouchers. Simply return your item within 14 days, unused and with the packaging and tags intact and we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please refer to our
